Today marked another giant stride in the build-up to the July 12 Local Government election, as the All Progressives Congress (APC), Egbe-Idimu LCDA, kicked off its ward-to-ward rally with a colorful outing in Ward E – Egbe Liasu ward.


The rally witnessed the massive presence of the party’s leadership, including the G12, former and serving Executive Chairmen and incoming & outgoing Vice Chairmen of the LCDA, LGA Executive, ward chairmen, and their various ward excos, all were ably led by the APC Chairman of Egbe-Idimu LCDA, Alhaji Akibu Soliu (Sanjay).


The atmosphere was electrifying as community leaders, artisans, market women, youth groups, and religious leaders trooped out in solidarity, affirming their unshaken support for the APC and its candidates ahead of the upcoming polls. 


Party leaders emphasized the importance of unity, coordination, and grassroots mobilization, noting that success at the polls would only be possible through a cooperative spirit and shared commitment to the party’s ideals.


Today’s rally was not just a campaign but also a revival of party consciousness and loyalty—a clear reminder that victory begins with internal cohesion and ends in ballot triumph.


The momentum continues as the next rally moves to Ward D on Thursday, July 3, 2025.
